The American Law Institute today featured<\/a> two recently published articles by Girard Sharp partner Jordan Elias.<\/p>\n

The ALI noted that for his short piece Antitrust Restoration from California Anchored by a New Monopolization Synthesis<\/em><\/a>, Jordan turned \u201chis research eye to core antitrust concerns\u201d in proposing a new California anti-monopoly law.<\/p>\n

The ALI also highlighted Jordan\u2019s law review article The Multistate Problem in Consumer Class Actions and Three Solutions<\/em><\/a>, published this fall in the Harvard Law and Policy Review. The post includes a comment by choice of law expert Symeon C. Symeonides that the article is \u201cnot only well written, but also richly documented with cases.
