We are pleased to announce that Girard Sharp partner Simon Grille has been recognized as a 2023 \u201cTop 40 under 40\u201d Lawyer by The Daily Journal.<\/p>\n

Simon was recognized for his work litigating and settling a $50 million case against Apple for selling MacBooks with allegedly defective keyboards. The Daily Journal also recognized his innovative approach to class litigation. In particular, his recent work adapts the 1980s Video Privacy Protection Act to the streaming age by challenging companies who share user information with tech giant, Meta. His dedication to representing average Americans in complex legal battles underscores his passion for challenging and impactful work.<\/p>\n
