Partner Jordan Elias\u2019s new article, Antitrust Restoration from California Anchored by a New Monopolization Synthesis<\/u><\/a><\/em>, came out this week in Competition<\/em>, the Journal of the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Section of the California Lawyers\u2019 Association.<\/p>\n

The article makes recommendations on how California law should be amended to counteract unlawful monopolies, an issue now being explored by the state\u2019s Law Revision Commission. Drawing on his antitrust practice experience, Jordan argues for a return to mid-twentieth-century principles in structuring a new law that can be effectively used in cases against alleged monopolists.<\/p>\n
